It's cost-effective and helps you sleep well at night.
It has high light-blocking properties and makes it dark enough to sleep soundly. It's also gentle on the skin and doesn't hurt my ears or eyes, which makes it very useful!

They seem to work well, the only detail is that they are large; at low levels they consume little energy, so it's possible to use a power bank.
This product is excellent and worth buying; it works better than expected.
